“Bonding and making lifelong friendships with ladies whose path I may have never crossed is the absolute pinnacle of my journey with the Military Wives Choirs.”

“I am a veteran, mother of a veteran and wife of a veteran. I worked in the HIVE at RAF Lyneham whilst my husband and son served through the Falklands, Iraq and Afghanistan wars. What a benefit it would have been to have had the Military Wives Choirs then!

"Since joining three years ago I have seen the wonderful way being part of the choir brings people together in the local community. Singing with other choirs is amazing and I feel very much a part of a family within the whole network.

"I am proud and privileged to belong to this wonderful organisation which is the Military Wives Choirs."

“The choir provides someone with a listening ear, a cup of tea, a place to unwind and best of all a place to sing your heart out! It has fantastic benefits to my health. I can honestly say I come away feeling great every time!”

"In Taunton Military Wives Choir we have a lot of NHS workers and it’s been lovely to support each other through a tough time and managing to continue our choir rehearsals online has been great to help us de-stress and forget our worries for an hour!”
Sarah, Taunton Military Wives Choir

On behalf of the women in the military community, thank you.
